I work holistically with my clients by taking a medical history, providing feedback and if appropriate, making lifestyle suggestions.
Each treatment aims to bring about a state of deep relaxation, balance and harmony and I tailor the treatments according to the client’s needs. All the information provided by the client will be kept confidential and secure.
Anybody at any age can receive reflexology and Tsuboki Japanese Face Massage, however, I would encourage you to inform your doctor, as there may be times when these treatments are not suitable for you. These treatments should not be used as an alternative to seeking medical advice but aims to work alongside medical care to promote better health.
As a reflexologist, I cannot claim to cure, diagnose or even prescribe, however, I can help support my clients through illness and in turn offer:
